This file is for you to describe the network-pinger application. Typically

Installation and Setup
======================

Install ``network-pinger`` using easy_install::

    easy_install http://bitbucket.org/benjaminws/python-stomp/get/6e3ac497563a.gz
    easy_install network-pinger

Make a config file as follows::

    paster make-config network-pinger config.ini

Tweak the config file as appropriate and then setup the application::

    paster setup-app config.ini

Then you are ready to go.
