Requirements
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. CoreNLP Java library from http://stanfordnlp.github.io/CoreNLP/download.html

2. baleen-java from https://github.com/OC-NTNU/baleen-java

Setup
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Install Anaconda Python distibution from https://www.continuum.io/downloads

2. Create virtual Python environment called 'baleen'

	$ conda env create -f environment.yml

3. Clone git repos

	$ git clone https://github.com/OC-NTNU/baleen-python.git

4. Copy etc/local-sample.ini to etc/local.ini.
   Modify the paths acording to your local setup.

Activate
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To activate the balen Python environment, run

	$ source setup_env.sh


To deactivate afterwwards, run

    # $ source deactivate

Test
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

	$ cd scripts/extract-vars/
	$ ./extract-vars run-all
