Repository for reading Pascal VOC data in Python, rather than requiring MATLAB to read the XML files.

• Pandas is the underlying structure
• VOC data is assumed to be in WHERE?

• load data by category
• loading bounding boxes

1. Clone the repo
2. run python setup.py install or python install develop depending on what you will be doing

Run `python setup.py develop --uninstall
