Creating and fitting a linear regression model on the lenders data. We see a collinearity between Montly Income, Loan Amount, FICO score and Interest Rate. There is however a large condition number that indicates a multicolinearity. Which will come from a direct trend between Monthly Income and Loan Amount. This makes the independent variables not so independent anymore. But this is just for experimental purposes
