Scrapes promoter data from Resident Advisor website

Run app.py in python shell or import as a module

• Script will prompt user to indicate how many records to pull
  • Records to pull (0 means all) >
    • The script will then pull the specified number of Promoters
    • User can enter 0 to pull all promoters
• Script will then create an excel file with the results in the script directory
