Files included: pyct.py -Python 2.7 file used for generating memory maps and studying samples. Currently uses rng and mst to calculate the minimum average wall to chord ratio of the sample.
-To use install Anaconda 2 and generate a test using one of the gen_test_ functions. Then create a corescan object and run plot_pores.
