DomainQuotaAPIs and Doman Quota Command Line Management

Nova V2 APIs & Command Line for Domain Quota Management

Also, add new variable in /etc/nova/nova.conf under nova.quota section

keystone_auth_url=http://localhost:35357/v3/

The localhost can be changed to the IP Address of the machine hosting keystone

nova/db/sqlalchemy/migrate_repo/versions/230_create_domain_quotas_tables.py

novaclient/v1_1/domain_quotas.py

and you have to run the following command to create the tables for domain quotas

nova-manage db sync
