resting_pipeline.py : resting state fmri processing pipeline developed for Duke's BIAC connectome2graphml.py : converts ouput of pipeline to a graphml connectome_2Dgraph.py : displays network graph from above graphml based on edge threshold/stat cffviewer.py : displays graphml matrix from pipeline with crosshairs/labels, or a cff output file from CMTK
