- Follow python environment installation instructions in install_instructions
- Run *_tangent.py files containing script for running experiments.
- Can use *.sh on slurm
- new_grad == True, new_MN = True flags make code run from beginning.
- Data is available at https://figshare.com/s/fbd95c10b09f1140389d (Swiss roll and rigid ethanol can run with no MDS data, swiss roll in ipynb). Make untracked_data/chemistry_data directory in main folder, and copy and paste unzipped data into this folder, or set data locations manually in scripts.
- Figure generation directories are in Figures/nameofexperient e.g. Figures/ethanol/ (make if missing)
