To run the code,

Go to the folder containing the tsp.py script.

Enter the following command in the terminal. python ./tsp.py --inst filename.tsp --alg [BnB | Approx | Heuristic | LS1 | LS2] --time cutoff_in_seconds --seed random_seed

Make sure that the command arguments have a '--' instead of a '-' preceding them.
