openstack_auth

A folder named contrib is added that holds the federated-api and helps in the federation mechanism
forms.py is modified with an additional dropdown form, that helps in the dropdown and displays the list of available Idp's from the Keystone's service catalog
The settings.py within the openstack-dashboard is modified with the required additional federated variables
