1. Introduction
 
PFE is a set of simple experimental techiques for natural language processing.
Its main purpose is feature extraction for named entity recognition, clustering,
fact extraction and so on. It is created mainly as an extra tool for processing
Estonian, but really it is more-or-less language agnostic.
