This project is based on django.  To get started you first download/install django then you do something like -
   ~:./manage.py runserver 8082

Before running do a soft copy for the templates dir.
   ~:ln -s PATH_TO_PROJECT/sodalabs/templates /u/media/sodalabs/templates
