Appenginepatcherplugin is Nose plugin to patch GAE and Django with
appenginepatch (http://code.google.com/p/app-engine-patch) and run
nose tests correctly.

To setup: run python setup.py install
To run with nose:
 * Setup environment variable NOSE_APPENGINEPATCHERPLUGIN to True
 * or run nose with --appenginepatcherplugin option
