Running the App

    1. Ensure Postgres and RabbitMQ are running (commands for Mac)
            pg_ctl start -D /usr/local/var/postgres -l /usr/local/var/postgres/server.log
            rabbitmq-server
    2. Start foreman
            foreman start

Running Tests

    1. Ensure Postgres and RabbitMQ are running
    2. Run the tests (functional and unit)
            scripts/runTests.sh

Running Tests (only some)

    1. To only run some tests, provide an option
            Allowed options are unit, func, or ui
    2. Example with options
            scripts/runTests.sh unit

Clearing the message queue
    1. Some tests leave stale messages in RabbitMQ. To clear them, run
            scripts/runTests.sh reset

Generating the Code Coverage Report

    1. Ensure Postgres and RabbitMQ are running
    2. Run the code coverage tool
            scripts/genCodeCvgRpt.sh
    4. Output will be in ./codeCoverage

Generating the Author Report
    
    1. Run the script
            scripts/genAuthorRpt.sh '2014-08-01' '2014-12-31'
    2. Note that the two arguments indicate the date range for the report.
    3. Output will be in ./authorRpt.html

Common Tasks
    If requirements.txt changed, be sure to run
            pip install -r requirements.txt

Known Issues
    1. The functional test harness does NOT work (zmq/assertResponses)
       if Celery is running with CELERY_ALWAYS_EAGER set. Use a mock
       to monitor which pages are sent instead.
