This repo contains multiple years worth of code used in the paper: Small Protoplanetary Disks in the Orion Nebula Cluster and OMC1 with ALMA arxiv ID: arXiv:2109.14592

pipeline/ contains scripts generally related to extracting data from the continuum images, such as source fitting and flux measurements

flux_plots/ contains the remaining scripts generally related to plotting and analysis

proper_motions/ is outdated

tables/ has the various data tables used, the most recent ones being marked by date with 'may21'

final_tables/ contains the final data tables in AAS format - these should be used
