Download wind speed and solar irradiation data

Download the files in this repository and install with

python setup.py install

or

pip install .

The package installs a command-line script wdata. Run wdata to get a help message. To download data, use the sub-command wdata download. To get help on sub-commands, run wdata [sub-command] --help.
