Wind Chimes

WindChimes is a data-deduplicated distributed object storage system.It is develop based on Openstack Swift which is a famous large-scale object storage system.

WindChimes provides a REST-based API which is compatible with Swift's and a extension in data deduplicating.

This project was inspired by Paulo's blog "ENABLING DEDUPLICATION IN A DISTRIBUTED OBJECT STORAGE" detail in: http://pauloricardomg.wordpress.com/2012/03/05/enabling-deduplication-in-a-distributed-object-storage/

WindChimes is an open-source version.
