matrixGetterAndPlotter.py

The matrixGetterAndPlotter.py script requires the name of a matrix

It download the matrix in format mtx, plot the matrix in png format (can be changed to others like pdf) and

also produce a version of the matrix in ascii CSR format.

Example for Matrix Market:

$ matrixGetterAndPlotter.py fidap005

Example for SuiteSparse Matrix Collection (ex University of Florida sparse matrix collection ) :

$ matrixGetterAndPlotter.py FL:HB:bcsstm01

matrixPlotter.py

The matrixPlotter.py script requires the name of a matrix (in format mtx)

It produce the plot in png format (can be changed to others like pdf) and

also produce a version of the matrix in ascii CSR format.

$ matrixPlotter.py fidap005
