ElasticSearch copy utility

This utility helps to copy all indexes / indices from an elasticsearch (ES) node/cluster to another one. It can work with legacy ES version like 0.19.* to 1.7.*.

Thanks to my friend (Duy Do) who inspired me to modify the original to this version.
