The meas_extensions_ngmix package provides wrappers for various algorithms
in the ngmix package.

These include maximum likelihood model fitting to PSFs and objects using
profiles made from gaussian mixtures.  These can be completely free gaussian
mixtures, constrained mixtures, or mixtures designed to mimic sersic profiles.
It also includes the basic code need to run metacalibration shear measurement.
