# README

RIME: Rime Input Method Engine, riming with your keystrokes.

Usage:

- install ibus-rime:

    $ sudo make install

- install schemas, take Pinyin as an example:

    $ make schema_pinyin

- restart ibus after installation, and before installing new schemas:

    $ make restart_ibus

- uninstall ibus-rime, but why :-(

    $ sudo make uninstall

- clear zime database, YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THIS:

    $ make clear_db

- save and restore user dictionary for a specific schema:

    $ cd data; python zimedb-admin.py --save Pinyin
    $ cd data; python zimedb-admin.py --restore Pinyin

- interchangeable schemas with a ubiquitous algorithm base
