Eclipse workspace variables:
-   es_home - elasticsearch home
-   thrift_exe - path to thrift generator
-   topic_tracking_root - path to the local repository


Building process:
1   thrift_generate.bat
2   thrift_copy.bat

Cleanup:
1   clean all Eclipse projects in order to build the .jar files
2   Tools - build_config.py
3   cleanup.bat
4   elasticsearch_reset.bat

Running:
1   Start MongoDB
1   elasticsearch_start.bat
2   services_start.bat
3   web_server_start.bat
3   apps_start.bat

Resource enqueuing process:

1   Discovery - feed_reading_app.py
2   Discovery - resource_building_app.py
3   Discovery - resource_enqueueing_app.py
