Code to analyze the Hidden Valley Simulations. HI is assigned to halos with different HOD and semi-analytic models. We study HI abundance, real and redshift space power spectrum, finger of gods, baryon acoustic oscillations, halo bias, as well as impact of UV background fluctuations.
