IRC bot to proxy The Apl Orchard (https://chat.stackexchange.com/rooms/52405/the-apl-orchard) and #apl on freenode, and run APL code snippets.


Use:

- install rakudo star (https://rakudo.org/)
- zef install IRC::Client HTML::Entity
- install python3
- pip3 install chatexchange

auth.txt has five lines: SE username, email, password, IRC username, password
conn.txt is: SE chat id, IRC server, IRC channel
