install dependencies:
$ ./bootstrap.py
run the unit tests:
$ ./manage.py jenkins
set up the database:
$ createdb capsim
$ ./manage.py syncdb --migrate
run web app:
$ ./manage.py runserver
Then point your browser at http://localhost:8000/
