### Installing:

    cd pylib/ukotdb-app
    createdb -T template_postgis ukonlinetutordb
    ./manage.py syncdb      # and create admin user
    ./manage.py migrate
    psql -c "insert into tutordb_tutor (user_ptr_id, phone) values (1,'');" ukonlinetutordb

The last command links the user to the tutors table so that they can log in


### Required admin actions:

The following need to be done using the admin system to set up the site
correctly:

    * create the 'Head Office' group and grant most priviledges

    * Change the site name and domain to the correct values


### Adding /updating centres:

    python utils/scrape_centres.py


### Development notes:

Note: when developing and sending emails the code will try to connect to localhost port 25. If this is not an SMTP server for you use the provided script to run a fake SMTP server that outputs to the console:
