Wed is a schema-aware editor for XML documents. It runs in a web browser. The software is at the beta stage. It is being used in a project for editing scholarly articles. We aim to make it extensible by means of a stable API, but the API is likely to change quickly for now.
Wed is tested on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Our extensive documentation can be read here.
Wed is released under the Mozilla Public License version 2.0. Copyright 2013, 2014 Mangalam Research Center for Buddhist Languages, Berkeley, CA.
Wed is designed and developed by Louis-Dominique Dubeau, Director of Software Development for the Buddhist Translators Workbench project, Mangalam Research Center for Buddhist Languages.
Jesse Bethel has worked on wed's documentation, and on the github.io site for wed.
