Using this tool you can scan your daily invoices and create electronic record for compliance purpose/ finance management

This requires a linux caompatible scanner derivice (preferably from HP).

1. Open by double clicking the Icon on the desktop
2. If not logged in on the system login with the ERP credentials
3. Click 'New'
4. Click 'scan'
5. Click on the scanned image from the right list
6. Fill out the details for the same in the middle plane
7. Click 'scan' to add more pages
8. click 'post' to upload the files and data
