CL_DTImeasure Read Me

To use the measure tracts command line tool, enter 'CL_DTImeasure.py' 
followed by the name of each file you wish to take measures of separated by spaces.
 The last argument entered should specify the path where you want to save your
 data to with the extension '.csv'.

To specify you intend to overwrite any files that are of the same name as your
output file, enter -o as the second to last argument.
