Wasserguete

This is a bunch of scripts to visualize the contamination of surface water in saxony. By default, only seven important neonicotinoids are displayed.

Usage

Run setup.sh to download and convert the data. (As it is available 2014. Might be very large!)
Run wasserguete.py to render a bunch of diagrams.
