Panoptikum is a tool for analysing cold atoms images

1. download panoptikum from github
2. install python > 2.7 (python3 not supported so far)
3. install pygtk > 2.20
4. python packages needed: pandas, numpy, matplotlib, pylab, scipy
5. set folders properly in panoptikum.py, adwin.py
6. run it!
