Install the application and copy configuration templates.
$ pip install -E pyenv -e .
$ source pyenv/bin/activate
$ cp development.ini_tmpl development.ini
$ cp test.ini_tmpl test.ini
Run the tests
$ nosetests
Run the application
$ paster serve --reload development.ini
