Porting of gtkmvc to gtk3

This project aims to:

1. Port of project gtkmvc to gtk3
2. Support python3, and keep compatiblity with python2.6+
3. Improve the original project to better support:
   • View composition
   • GObject binding
   • Utilities to easy development
