Extract Radiation Zone Information

acis_count_radiation_data.perl
-----------------------------
This script extracts radiation zone start and end time.

Input:
	/data/mpcrit1/mplogs/$syear/$cmon
	 	where syear: year such as 2006
		      cmon:  month such as JUN

Output:
	$web_dir/rad_data

Extract ACIS Dose Information
##############################

acis_count_plot.perl
-------------------
This script creates acis count rate plots.

Input:
	$house_keeping/bad_fits_file: a un-readable fits file from the past
	$house_keeping/old_file_list: a list of already processed data
	$web_dir/rad_data:	      a radiation zone start and end time
	$mon_name/ccd<ccd id>:        past count rate data (of this month).

	/dsops/ap/sdp/cache/*/acis/*evt1.fits: acis event 1files
		such as /dsops/ap/sdp/cache/2006_06_16/acis/acisf58927_000N001_evt1.fits

Output:
	$house_keeping/old_file_list:     a list of already processed data
	$mon_name/$ccd_name:              a updated countrate data
	$mon_name/acis_dose_ccd_<id>.gif: a count rate trend of the month

Special Setting:
	In this script, we use fit IO routine, and need to declear
	at the header.

	use lib '/home/rpete/local/perlmods/sun4-solaris-thread'
	use CFITSIO qw( :shortnames );

Extract EPHIN Information
##########################

acis_count_ephin_plot.perl
-------------------------
This script extracts and plots ephin data.

Input:
	$mon_name/ephin_rate:	           the past ephin rate data
	$web_dir/rad_data: 	           the radiation zone start and end time
	$house_keeping/ephin_old_dir_list: the past ephin data file list

	/dsops/ap/sdp/cache/*/ephin/*lc1.fits
		such as: /dsops/ap/sdp/cache/2006_06_17/ephin/ephinf266958046N001_lc1.fits

Output:
	$mon_name/ephin_rate:	           the updated ephin rate data
	$mon_name/ephin_rate.gif:	   the ephin rate plot for the month
	$house_keeping/ephin_old_dir_list: the past ephin data file list

Special Setting:

	$web_dir/month_avg_img.gif:	the monthly averaged trand plot for img
	$web_dir/month_avg_spec.gif:    the monthly averaged trend plot for spc
	$web_dir/month_avg_bi.gi:       the monthly averaged trend plot for bi

Creating Web Pages

acis_count_print_html.perl
-------------------------
This script creates and updates html pages for count rate plots.

Input:
	none

Output:

		such as: acis_nov2000_dose_plot.html
	$web_dir/long_term_plot.html
