Alembic Holder

This is the source code for the Maya Alembic Holder plugin & scripts.

Pre-requisites are :

- Maya > 2013
- PySide for maya (ie. http://3devartist.blogspot.com.tr/2012/11/pyside-113-for-autodesk-maya-2013-x64.html)

For compilation :
- Cmake > 2.8
- Alembic libraries 
- Arnold > 4.2.2.0
- MtoA > 1.1.2.0
- Python > 2.6
- Boost > 1.4
- pystring (https://code.google.com/p/pystring)
- jsoncpp (https://github.com/open-source-parsers/jsoncpp)
