A scientific web portal used for the analysis and managing of .mda files.

Backend: Python Flask
Database: SQLite with SQLAlchemy mapping
Frontend: HTML & CSS (Bootstrap), Javascript, Jinja, WTForms

static: Subfolders contain the Javascript and CSS of each unique html page.
templates: HTML pages.
app.py: Starts the application and establises configurations.
db_model.py: SQLAlchemy mapping.
forms.py: WTForms input simplification and handling.
test.db: SQLite database (emptied).
test3.py: Contains most of the Python backend and main.
