Prerequisites are only git and gpg.

sh -c "$(curl -fsLS chezmoi.io/get)" -- -b ~/.local/bin -- init --apply Jajauma

On Windows,

install official Git For Windows and execute from Git Bash command prompt
developer mode should be enabled (Settings -> Update & Security -> For developers -> Developer Mode -> On)
