PhotoCatalog is simple application, that allows to manage photo collections 
stored on various media like dvd, cd or local disks.
In local index files store information about photo thumbnails, meta data, 
and allow to add information like comments and tags.
Application is designed for speed and portability.

Main features:
- support all main file formats including raw
- support EXIF metadata
- comments for photos, directories and disks
- organize items in tags
- show photos in timeline
