This is a repo to hold some utilities for the camera team to assemble test data and do simple manipulation

This code is meant to be used with the LSST DM stack. See http://dm.lsst.org for information about the DM effort. See this page for information about installing the stack. Note that you will need to setup display_ds9 for the display parts to work.
