Directories:

FPGA_BitFiles
   This directory contains three separate bitfiles:
   FPE_Wrapper_CCD.rbt : This is the firmware code for the FPE. It takes data from the CCDs and transmits the pixels.
   FPE_Wrapper_RampData.rbt : This is the alternative firmware code for the FPE. It ignores any CCD data and instead generates a ramp.
   GSE_DHUWrapper.bit : This is the Observatory Simulator firmware code. 

FPGA_HskInterpret
   This directory contains the Excel spreadsheet used to translate housekeeping raw data into voltage values.

FPGA_MemConfig
   This directory contains the files needed to generate the memory values for the FPE, including Clock Level Voltages, Housekeeping, Registers, Program, an d Sequence. 

An example of replacing the Sequence Memory:

1. Generate a new SeqMem.txt file from the spreadsheet FPGA_MemConfig/Artix_FPE_MemConfig.xls. This is done by selecting the blue column from the SeqMem tab, and saving it into a txt file in the FPGA_MemConfig/TextFiles directory.
2. Enter "dos2unix SeqMem.txt" onto the command line to convert from DOS to UNIX format.
3. The FPE bitfile will be generated along with the files. There are two choices in the bitfiles directory.  Be sure to copy the one you want into the FPE_Wrapper.rbt file before running the script. Enter "cp FPE_Wrapper_CCD.rbt FPE_Wrapper.rbt" if you want the FPE that will take data from the CCDs.
4. Change directories into the FPGA_MemConfig/Scripts directory.
5. Type "python txt2mem.py"
6. All updated files will be in the FPGA_MemConfig/TextFiles directory.
