Command line tool to manifest missing rdf:type triples of a rdf:type and rdfs:subClassOf net.

TypeSimilarityToolSet: Reasoner to materialize type triples into a nt file or a store

* Needs an initial fully reasoned subClassOf network in the store.
* Takes a nt file with type triples and materialize missing type triples by looking for parent types of given types
