POKEMON GO SEARCH BOT

As of v0.31.1 the api is broken. Looking into the Unknown6 encryption now

Bot to search for pokemon nearby given a location. Pings Slack server with exact gps locations of nearby pokemon.

Uses pgoapi

AS OF JUL 26 BOT HAS BEEN SWITCHED FROM NODE TO PYTHON
