Representation of ESA CCI vocabularies in SKOS and OWL

N.B. It is improtant that the <rdf:Description rdf:about="http://vocab.ceda.ac.uk/ontology/cci#"> section comes near the top of the cci-ontology.rdf file in order for Geonetworks to properly import it.
