README

Requirements:

1. You need to be running a GPU machine with at least 512 GB of space.
2. You need to have the access to the staff bucket gs://es262-poverty.

Environment setup:

Note that we assume use of Python 3.6.

1. Copy via gsutil all satellite images from the staff bucket to the local folder ~/imagery.
2. Unzip this folder into ~/predicting-poverty.
3. Install requirements.txt
