This dataset contains automatically extracted human right violations. It is in a graph format, each node is : - a victim: a community or a person - a victimizer: either a person, or group( FARC, Police, Army...) - a place - an event: many of the violations occur in events where many violations occur simultaionsly Arcs connecting nodes: - Describe Violations from newspapers articles - The base is made on noche y niebla - extended using nlp - it is available ina graph format so further extensions in different scheams are possible
