CMSRosetta - A friendly fork of django-rosetta to support django-cms

Changes:

 * Added all language stats pages
 * Language selection now done via url
 * Project/Filter now done via url
 * Indexing via woosh search indexer
 * Suport for extra po files
 ! Backup all po files in media directory
 * Download now only delivers po file (not mo file in a zip)
 ! Auto-scan cms to generate po files.
