Steps do follow:-

1. Download yolov3 weights:- wget https://pjreddie.com/media/files/yolov3.weights
2. Put yolov3.weights in "weights" directory.
3. Create Virtual Env.
4. pip install -r requirements.txt
5. Run the command:- python run.py --image_folder car/

#RESULT As a result you get the "xmls" directory which includes all the xmls of images.
