A series of reports for a bioinformatics class. Most of the scripts were written in python, with biopython and other python libraries.

In general, the questions were about data retrieval and analysis. Therefore, most scripts connect to a database and search (usually a type of blast). Another part is about presenting the information, so there are some scripts that use biopython to present graphically genes or contigs. There are also a few gnuplot graphs to present general information about contigs.

La plupart des questions demandait de faire un blast sur une base de données, d'analyser les résultats et de les présenter sous forme graphique. Il y a donc différents scripts pour se connecter sur NCBI, Uniprot, et autres BD, ainsi que certains scripts pour produire des représentations graphiques de résultats. Il y a aussi quelques scripts gnuplot pour la présentation d'histogrammes.
