This is the code base for the backend service of the sequence recognition automata problems and checking. The current main function is in run.py, which creates an instance runtestx in the module run.py; which then can be used to for all automata tests The main() function takes 5 arguments : - continuous scan denotes streamed outputs values on whether test agrees with solution DFA on each symbol in string - inputs also takes the directory path to the solution_DFA_descriptions and test_cases_files of the the current problem group. (student_id, whether_continuous_scan, continuous_scan_type, curr_sol_group_directory, curr_test_group_directory) Retrieving Scores and Related Information: FOLLOWING 4 FUNCTIONS read individual scores/weights in various forms, after self.run_one(bench_name, dfa_description) is called with the appropriate solution (bench_name) and the desired student dfa description. run_test.read_scores(self): run_test.read_single_score(self): run_test.read_weights(self): run_test.read_fractional_score(self): FOLLOWING 4 FUNCTIONS read grouped scores/weights in various forms, after self.run_several(dfa_description_table) which runs all the problems in the ./sol_DFAs directory along with a table of appropriate student dfa descriptions; run_test.lookup_scores(self, dsc_name): run_test.lookup_single_score(self, dsc_name): run_test.lookup_weights(self, dsc_name): run_test.lookup_fractional_score(self, dsc_name): Passing in DFA Description as Instances of DFA_descript: Use DFAs descriptions from dfa_description.desc1() and dfa_description.desc2() as models for constructing instances: Essential functions are: DFA_descript.add_state(state); DFA_descript.add_transition(state_i, symbol, state_j); DFA_descript.define_initial(init_state); DFA_descript.add_final(final_state); DFA_descript.add_symbol(symbol);
